Upon termination for cause, slotoro may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Any balance resulting from legitimate play may be returned to you at slotoro's discretion following a full investigation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting slotoro's support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the slotoro Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
